We proudly ship the majority of our products across the 48-contiguous United States so that you can continue to Rock the Outdoors no matter where you choose to explore. All orders ship from our distribution center in Lexington, North Carolina.
We endeavor to process all orders for in stock items within 3 business days. Our standard business hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Eastern Time. Standard shipping is typically via USPS Ground Advantage or UPS ground and you should allow 3-7 business days for standard delivery once an order has been shipped. If expedited shipping is required, please select that as your shipping choice.
All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping charges will be included on your invoice and can be viewed on a summary screen prior to finalizing your order. Shipping charges are based on the selection you made during the checkout process. Shipping charges are subject to change without notice, provided that if the actual shipping charge is more than the amount shown on your invoice, we will contact you with the correct shipping costs before processing your order, and you will have an opportunity to cancel your order.
All orders are shipped FOB Shipping Point. Title to products passes from Rock Outdoors to you upon shipment, and we are not responsible for any shipping delays or problems once the product has been shipped.
Shipping charges are not refundable for any reason on returns or exchanges. If we have made a mistake with your order, a return label will be provided.
Order values of $99 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Please note that there are select items that are excluded from our Free Shipping promotion. This will be reflected in your Shopping Cart at Checkout and indicated in the product details.
Due to shipping requirements there are some items that we are not able to ship. If the item you are looking at has the disclaimer shown below it means we are unable to ship it but you can purchase online and pick up in store:

Carrier Transit Time:
Transit days for ground shipments are business days and do not include weekends or holidays. We cannot control delays that happen once the package leaves our facility. Please see the carrier maps below for an estimated shipping time to your destination.
